Have used this for couple years now. Take 1 with my breakfast & 1 with dinner, each with Milk Thistle for better absorption. Keeps me balanced & have lost alot of weight, down 5 sizes & maintained it. Eat healthy, whole foods not processed, NO SUGAR, ONLY USE OLIVE OIL, sometimes coconut oil & Avocado oil for higher temps. Milk intolerant & allergic to Oats. I do have high cholesterol but refuse Lipitor as it is very bad! Very active, organic garden & excerxise! RESEARCH ALOT, studies etc...
