My first G-Shock, and I'm not disappointed. It takes a little adjustment to go from 100% analogue to 100% digital, but I'm making progress. The negative display is easier to read than what the critics say, but you do need to have the right viewing angle and the right lighting to see it best. In bright sunlight I can read it best. In low light conditions the LED shows the complete face just fine. Knowing my altitude and barometric pressure is nice. The atomic timekeeping is also great, but occasionally I have to take it out of my basement and manually sync it. The resin band wears comfortably, but does get sweaty during hot active days.

I own 7 other Rangeman ( GW-9400 )watches in other colors , but this all black with a hint of gold is my favorite color combination. The Rangeman ( GW-9400 ) was first released in 2013 in a positive display in black and red. So many buyers already know what to expect from this watch. It’s all about the Black and Gold combination on this watch. Thanks Casio !!!!!!

This is by far the best Casio watch I have ever purchased. Easy to set up and has everything I need for my profession and physical fitness routine.

The watch does everything I need, except the volume of the alarms and countdown timers are weak and I cannot hear them while wearing, and I use these two features many times a day. Had to return and got the ProTrek PRW 30. I can hear those better.

Very cool stealthy looking watch. Great features and I have others of the same model in the different colors. Keeps great time with the atomic timekeeping feature.
