WIfe dropped her laptop and destroyed the harddrive. Ran a few check programs and said physical damage done. Worked on lots of computers but no laptops. So i had to figure what type of drives they took. Came up with sata and like most hard drives most are compatable. So got on Ebay and was suprized how cheap they were. So I ordered one took 10 minutes to install put windows on and it was up and running good as new. Havnt had a problem since. Drive was cleaned and zeroed and ready to go. Thank you!
I liked the pricing and quality of the product. Have it installed and working running xp pro.I have a Fijitsu in one of my other laptops and it is working great no problems, it is just a 40 gig ide with xp pro and the one I bought is a 160 gig sata. they will last the life of both laptops.
This handy little HD makes a fine external drive with the right enclosure. Has more capacity than a USB drive and fits easily in a pocket.
