Functional and Basic
You get what you pay for. It's not a bad shifter. It's just very basic. Beginner level. It doesn't feel realistic, and since it doesn't come with the same plastic mounting cubes as the wheel, it can be difficult to mount to a cockpit's mounting plate. But, like I said, you get what you pay for. Could definitely be worse. I'm satisfied with the product I chose.

I have 3 racing games that i'v tried using this Shifter On..has options on Need For Speed Most Wanted for the PS3..but the Shifter doesn't work still..so i can't really Say how "good it works"
