    Helps quiet the running trains

    I use this under my American Flyer S gauge tinplate track. The O gauge size is close enough that it looks fine. The Track-Bed reduces the noise on the layout so the trains run quieter.

    Sound deadening roadbed

    I've used 480 feet of this roadbed and haven't had a single problem. It has to be slit in the center to use under 031 curves but will go under 072 without buckeling if you use liquid nails to glue it down.

    I purchased two boxes so I could do a large amount of tract - and it is a very good product, but the two boxes must have been from different lots or periods because they are slightly different in width and one roll has a line down the center which I imagine was intended to let the user separate it into two narrower track beds
