Excellent Quality
This is an excellent product, the sound quality is brilliant, depending on your amp it may not even need a preamp. The bridge allows for a rich tone when playing acoustically. The volume and playability of the violin is not hindered when installed correctly by a skilled professional. (I installed mine, but only because I have had experience doing this kind of thing before) Probably one of the best pickups available right now, if you're sitting on the edge about whether or not to buy this, I highly recommend it, in my opinion there are no downsides.

Great if you know a luthier
Make sure you got the skills to cut and adjust the bridge and hock up the jack, or have a luthier so it. It took me a while to get it right but it’s worth it: great sound and I feedback on my system.

Put a Baggs on my stage fiddle in 1988. It works wonderful but need another for different fiddle. This a great long-lasting product
