I'm using this product to listen to audiobooks while I'm working out and in my commute. The audio jack is my biggest gripe. If you move too much it disrupts the sound quality. This is good when I'm stationary whether I'm bench pressing or sitting down in the train. But bad when I want to run on a treadmill or running to the train station. I can believe the reviewer that said this product broke when it fell and hit the ground. Guess I'll have to be careful...

I took it out of the package. I was sitting in a chair and dropped it on the floor (2-foot drop) and it landed on one edge. The cover opened and snapped off, would not set back in and the battery cover fell off with batteries also on floor. I placed the new batteries and turned-on hoping it would maybe work, still. The indicator came up with [error] and would not even spin and read the disk, after I put the cover in place. SO CHEEP and completely bad construction. I took batteries out and threw it away. Not sending it back. Not worth the effort.

Overall this is a good product. The fault lies with me. I wasn't aware books on disc come in 2 formats. In retrospect I would have bought a different model.

I wanted one that one lightweight, on the smaller size and easy to turn on and off in the dark as I love to listen to my music at night in bed. The earplugs that came with it are just perfect and the sound quality I am very happy with. Price is right so everyone should get with no hesitation.

the player part is great, stays on track even if I move, has good sound and no static. My only problem is the ear piece, they are too big for my ears and keep falling out no matter how hard I try sticking them in. Maybe i just have small ears, but this is annoying.
