Running good now
Pump arrived heavily wrapped in plastic but with no packing material around so it was sliding around in a damaged DHL shipping box. Amazed it did not tear through completely. Pump worked great on startup and idle but initially on heavy load it stalled engine out in a heavy load in a cloud of black smoke. Governor seemed to be sticking but it eventually worked itself out and appears to be running fine now.
