Bought it for low price, capacity, trust in Toshiba quality, and seller had 100% positive feedback. Thought I was buying a desktop instead of a laptop HD - my mistake. Fortunately it works in a desktop. HD still had files of former owner on it. Would have preferred it arrived wiped, saving me having to virus-scan and reformat it. Haven't really given it a good workout yet though. That computer has sat idle for a while due to unrelated problems. Overall I'm satisfied.
I bought this hard drive, to swap out my old 80GB from my macbook. I needed more room for my papers and work from school. So its been about a month and have nothing but good things to say about this Toshiba (Mk1652GSX) Hard drive. It has worked great and would recommend it to anyone for an upgrade.
