Glitchy and earpiece falls out of my ear
Earpiece loses connection, I don't like that only the left one works during a phone call. I sometimes need to mute the sound around me to hear and this one only plays through the left side. Dropped the earpiece several times now, once in my salad at a restaurant. I've had several LG headsets now, and the best ones are always the cheap ones. The earpiece is Tethered with a small wire that doesn't get in the way. And they're lighter and more flexible than this big one. The earpiece being wireless makes it necessary to make it heavier, which I think is the reason they fall out so much. I would gladly give up the wireless feature of the earpiece to have it connected like my old ones.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Wireless and over the neck use
Need to go through troubleshoot why not able to connect entries appeared in BT list. Then, need to search for manual online and download the LG tone and talk to be able to connect to it. The neck band is not too comfortable as too slimy and weak, and cannot adjust the ;length to fit. But using the ear buds is fair, lack button controls for volume, forward and backward and indicator LED light..etc. You need your phone and the LG tone and talk application to control it, no control from the BT ear bud or neck band - no so desirable.Verified purchase: YesCondition: Pre-owned

Great concept, good sound quality, easy connection price was right...but
I could give this headphone 5 stars if the the ear buds would stay in my ears. I am not a runner or jogger, but I don't see how you could run or jog as these things will fall out of my ears just walking, or even sitting at my desk. Terrible!
I sent for an HBS 1100 which is the Platinum LG Bluetooth and got this HBS f110 which is the LG Tone free. I can't get it to charge and when I do the charge is only half full after charging all night. Then the left one runs out quicker than the right because the telephone I sent for an HBS 1100 which is the Platinum LG Bluetooth and got this HBS f1 10 which is the LG tone free. I can't get it to charge and when I do the charges only have full after charging all night. Then the left one runs out quicker than the right because that's the only one that uses the telephone that comes through that left Air Bud. Then when I go to charge it again the light goes off after about 10 minutes and there's no charging going on at all. It's almost impossible to try and connect it to my phone, and every now and then it connects on its own when it's halfway charged. This is nothing like the article that I sent for, and I sure wouldn't suggest this to anyone that wants to use a Bluetooth headset for anything longer than 25 minutes worth of use. I can't believe I bought a year Insurance on this thing and I've only had it for 2 weeks and it's been miserable the whole time trying to get this thing to work.Verified purchase: YesCondition: Refurbished

Really Good
I love them. What can I say? They are perfect for what I need them for. I am a truck driver and have had every LG tones they make. No joke. They are perfect for my lifestyle. I needed a wireless design. Letting the others hang on the wire. When I dolly trailers. The handle would hot the speaker. Every time I was sure they break. LG has done it again
I was very skeptical ordering the LG Tone Free headset. I heard various reviews on the earbuds not fitting, poor sound and call quality and bad battery life. When I received the headset, I was pleasantly surprised. The Tone Free headset is on par with previous tones (i.e. Infinim & Platinum). Coming from the HBS-900, I wanted something I could listen to music with, work out, and answer calls with. This has answered all of my needs. First, the sound quality. It is the same sound from previous tone models. I did not notice any drop off in quality, and there was no ear fatigue after listening to the headsets for over 2 hours. While taking calls, I asked multiple people if there were any issues with hearing me, and everyone said the call quality was great. On my end, the call quality was good, I just have one flaw on this product: I wish you can hear calls in BOTH earbuds, not just the left side. I would definately recommend this product. It's convienient, the neck band charger makes the earbuds last all day, and its a natural upgrade from previous LG Tone models.Verified purchase: YesCondition: Pre-owned

FBS-110 review
I love the product however the only drawback for me was the fact that the microphone stopped working during calls. It would sound good to The Listener when I answer the phone but immediately after that I was told that I sounded like I was talking in a tunnel. Maybe that was because I purchased this item used. It's a good start
The pair I bought were as is/broken, but I do have a working pair and as a concept these earphones are great. They have no wires, the sound is acceptable, and they are not heavy. As for the cons; well the battery life is pretty bad at 6 hours and that includes a quick charge from the neckband cradle, they can slip out of the ear, and they come for a retail of $175.00. On the one hand, the shape is bad, and on the one hand, it is bad because the target of these headphones is speed. As for these headphones, where is the speed? You need both hands to return it when you desperately need the other hand, difficulty in responding and difficulty in extracting it from its hole all at a very high price, it is not destined to succeed at all, and the owner of the idea is very wrong, we were disappointed in LG how can it produce such a thing without any Field process tests, thanks.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Interesting device
As a stand alone unit its a 0 with the lg tone app its a solid 3. Buds are heavy,awkward fitting. BUT for the $$ they’ll work fine. Putting the ear buds back in the neck rest is a pain in the ass.
