How far psychiatry has come since the first edition!
It is just so interesting to see how the medical specialty of psychiatry has wrestled with trying to hone clusters of symptoms into coherent diagnoses. I have all the editions, and this was the first attempt back in the 1960's when it all started. Finding a true first edition is difficult and expensive, but if you simply want the content, this reissued copy of the first DSM is great.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New
