I gave you a yes on the performance part but I really don't know. I am hearing a lot of flack about buying used cpus but I reason that among the three that I have two from you and one that was in the unit I should be able to have one good one among that group. I bought a refurb motherboard from Dell that proved defective and the replacement was bad as well and they ended canceling the replacement with a third one saying they are discontinuing it. The store tech that checked the second one said the board is bad in the (on board) video, so I have to agree to some extent that you cpus are good but I can't confirm it but for 8 bucks and the reasoning that i wrote earlier, I don't think I have a cpu problem. The last thing that I don't want to happen is to buy another board and it doesn't solve my problem. ThanksRead full review
