This brought a very old Dell from useless to awesome. I switched out the core 2 duo processor with this one, flashed the bios and it worked. This is an older processor, but when paired with a 1 GB gfx card, it performed well. I played Skyrim, Team Fortress 2, Fallout 3, and a few other older games on it. At high settings, no stutter, no freezing. Respectable FPS as well. This processor made it possible.
