I have owned this car since 2006 so that makes it 10 years old. I bought this wiper arm as it is the only replacement arm available for the car. At one time I did see another arm that had the wiper blade integrated into the arm and I think it would be a much better replacement. However, I wasn't too sure if it would fit correctly without any modifications. And the pricing was waaay to high for it! The problem with this arm that I purchased is that you have to bend it so the blade wipes the whole length of the blade and even then it ends up not staying in that position so there is a clean wipe. The part is new and of good quality. Its just that FORD could have come up with a BETTER idea.
