Wipers on my '92 chevy pickup were skipping and sometimes would not work. This was a very easy and inexpensive fix... Its right under the hood on the drivers side firewall...simply unplug, there are 3 screws holding the cover on (I think you get a allen wrench also) Its in there a little sung so ply out it carefully. Note the 2 prongs ! they run on a metal contact plate inside clean out this area and reapply new light grease... I think this has 4-5 settings
