I bought a part from non-oem producer which got me a different error code but cost much less, then the sell replaced with another one with same error code. Finally I bought this one and problem solved.

Post installation no check engine light I installed the sensors two weeks ago and so far all is good , sensors also came with a pack of non seized which I appreciated very much saved my self a good deal of money the same sensors at the dealership cost four times as much because my vehicle is a 6 cylinder I needed two sensors if you need sensors for your 00 to 04 H6 these are the only ones you'll need.

This is an 'upstream' o2 sensor. Installed it on my 2001 Subaru Outback L.L. Bean H6 3.0 liter. So far so good... I did purchase the insurance plan because the upstream sensors do not last long, be it Denso or Bosch.

Search on listing said it fit 2002 Subaru Outback H^. I installed it to replace a bad sensor on the passenger side front position. It failed to work. Exhibited failed code on reader. I than installed it on the drivers side replacing a good working sensor. Check engine light came on....code reader said bad sensor drivers side front. Either this sensor is bad from the factory. Or it is not the correct sensor for my car.

Worked as described. Product is OEM and not a cheap imitation. There are several sensors on ebay with same part number in the $30 range but I did not choose those as my analysis showed the $30 range are imitation Chinese products marked as Denso but do not work at all
