works fine but maps were very old and dated. I went to Garmin's website and they offer free lifetime updates for any Garmin model that is a nuvi or higher. This GPS was older than I expected and the size of the screen was a disappointment. I do, however, like some of the features that my other GPS didn't have such as Bluetooth and traffic. But because the screen is so small, some of the information that shows up on my other GPS isn't available on this one without changing screens. It doesn't display speed limits. A great compact GPS, but when purchased it did not come with the lifeline updates. Bluetooth interfaces with your cell for hands free talk. I am familiar with this GPS model. Appears to work well. The fact that the US and Canada data is on two different cards is much less convenient.
