Great Filter
You just can’t go wrong with a Tiffen filter! I prefer using stronger filters for monochrome films—especially Fuji Acros 100, which seems to not respond to the effects of contrast filters as much as classic emultions like HP-4 or Tri-X. Nor do I care to tote 20 different colors and strengths of filters across the planet, so it’s just Deep Yellow #15, Deep Orange #21, and Deep Red #29 for me. And a #11 Yellow-Green to darken skin tones while lightening foliage in outdoor portraits. Tiffen makes great filters, here in the U.S. and are reasonably priced; what’s not to love?!
