Now the overall design is great for the consumer that wants to free up counter space...and it great... Parts were missing, and replacement parts are obsolete and no longer available
Item was clean and electrically worked. The bottom of the brew basket was originally equipped with an arm and spring which allows for 'sneak a cup' while brewing. These parts were missing, making a total mess of the counter underneath the coffeemaker, even when the brew cycle is complete, due to residual drips, Fortunately i had an identical unit which had electrically stopped working, and I was able to salvage parts from it. That is the only reason I am not returning it. I would DEFINITELY not advise anyone to buy this product even were it new in box.Verified purchase: YesCondition: Pre-owned
