Bachmann's second entry into HOn30 locomotives. This is more of a 009 locomotive and I'll let someone else review it's accuracy. I am interested in using it to power a On18 Porter. Seems well suited for the task. Can motor, flywheel, widely spaced drivers, access to the motor leads for DCC control are all present in the mechanism. remove the 5 largest screws from the bottom of the frame and the shell and cab floor come off leavening an operating mechanism. Runs great, even on analog control. I have bought a On18 porter conversion kit. it's for a different mechanism but I am hoping to adapt it. photos have a O scale figure for scale reference.
