Good fitting Valve shutoff, terrible phone apps, WIFI connection and total cost
The valve shutoff is very good and works much better than others I have tried, fits the more common valve sizes. The bad is 1) They have two apps and I spent days trying to get it to work before finding the second app which finally made it work. 2) The device is not strong about maintaining the connection to the WIFI, so it keeps disconnecting so I can't remotely from my phone turn the water valve on or off. 3) The very high cost of the valve and each of the water detectors ($50-$60 EACH vs. most detectors at $20), makes it a very expensive in total.

Software needed updating.
Easy to install if you have the right valve 1/4 turn handle. Was able to mount mine after a shim was added.
