Works flawlessly, and for my low-draw device I didn't need to connect a floppy-drive power-cable.
Easy peasy! Fits into any size PCI-e slot, Win10 finds a driver automatically, and you only need to find a floppy-drive power-plug extension or converter if you need the higher 900mA of the USB 3.0 standard... I'm only running an external HDD dock that has its own power supply and it worked perfectly the first time.
