Tale of two monitors. 1) New, 2) BenQ refurbished from eBay
I purchased this monitor nearly three years ago. It still is at the top for 1) configurability / flexibility, 2) ease of use (ie included puck), 3) high gamut, 4) works well with MacBooks, Windows, whatever, 5) USB connectivity / KVM features My original monitor is still going strong. I purchased a second monitor via eBay, hoping the factory refurbished model would be in good condition. The refurbished model looked like new, and all accessories were new. Unfortunately, both USB C ports were dead on this refurbished unit. So... I'll meet in the middle and give the product three stars.
