It's much like the other remotes of this generation; however, if you haven't upgraded yet and are able to, it should be considered. Navigating with an actual click and not only relying on the touch is necessary for us at this point. Although the most important thing is the USB charging. Lost of newer tech is charged via USB-C (instead of the iPhone) and only needing one type of cable is the best part of it all.

I purchased this remote (which is identical to the one I already have with my other Apple TV) to replace an older remote which was difficult to use. The older one is too sensitive to handle.
