This could replace your morning coffee!
I researched this resin online and found it to be of great quality and have sufficient testing. Also add that it's great value for the price. Smells like burnt rubber, but once dissolved (pea sized drop) in hot water (not boiling), it's more like weak coffee. This is my breakfast replacement as well. It helps to curb my appetite well into a late lunch-early dinner, when I take it again after a meal. A week after, I've noticed a better change in mood. I'm more motivated to do tasks, like clean and I feel like I can squat and bend without pain and have energy when I demand it without the crash. Use with caution, don't overdose. Any sign of foot pain, discontinue use.
A measuring device needs to be included. Five month supply ran out in about three months. About the time it ran out, both feet and ankles began to hurt very badly. Bones and joints began popping and cracking with severe pain. Almost to the point of needing a walker. Research revealed Gout as being a possible side effect. In my case it was severe. Super quality!
I'm really excited about this Sayan Altai mountains shilajit. It seems as good as the best Himalayan shilajit I've ever had (I've been using shilajit for over 20 years ). I love how thick and concentrated it is. I dig the end of my spoon into the jar and twirl a pea sized ball of it on the spoon and the pop it in my mouth and sucks on it until it disolves. I actually like the taste of shilajit which I associate with the smooth energy it gives me. Thanks for such an excellent product at a fantastic price!

I can't be able to review the product that I have not received. I was scheduled to receive the product by the 29th of March but to date the 13th of April I have not seen it.
