Very easy replacement for a stock HEI distributor that was in the engine. Once everything was set, it fired right up and runs great. The stock springs are not so good unless your a drag racer. For a steer car get the timing curve kit to be fully advanced around ~3000rpm and your rod will be set! Other than that this thing is Awsome.
