This motor did not work when it was installed. The motor did not turn the shaft that puts the transfer case into gear. I took it apart and found the motor was loose where it is crimped or bolted together (center of the motor). I could not secure the two pieces together so I took the motor from the old unit and installed it in the new unit. So far it works fine. This product could not have been tested after assembly or they would have found the problem. I gave it a better rating as the supplier had the unit to me when said and the internal gears were well lubricated.
