Not as good as the old one..
The "removable crumb tray "hinges down...The toast knob is very hard to turn and set... the oven does not turn off when you open the door........+.the door is easy to see through....Not as good as the old B&D that this one replaced.....Returning is not an option ,as we need a toaster every morning.....

Couple small problems
Works good but I have problem to turn the lower knob back. Have to use special grip cloth. Also it gets very hot on the top and heats the kitchen fast. I like it otherwise, it's pretty.
