The Gold Tone CC-100R is a sweet sounding and great playing instrument. When set up right it will stay in tune and provide countless hours of enjoyment. This banjo can be had at a price affordable enough for a beginner, but it provides features and sound that will take you a long way indeed. The brass tone-ring is something usually found on much higher end models. The CC-100R can be easily converted to an open-back style if one so desires. The tuning machines are high-quality and hold very well. The satin blonde finish looks and feels wonderful.
