Is this the fastest single core, low power processor out there?! Seems like it. Great use for my Mint Linux system which stays on all the time. Sufficient for Youtube and other online low to moderate resolution video use also. It's 45w when being used and about 20-25w when idle or sleep mode between uses. Good fit in the middle between those extremely low power processors and the multiple core ones. Also inexpensive if you just want to have around to test AM2, AM2+, and AM3 motherboards. Inexpensive backup insurance for fill in service for an failed AMD multicore processor until it's replacement arrives.
AMD Sempron 145 is a great choice for HTPCs and other applications where low noise and low temperature are important factors. This would also be a great option for remote systems used to control video walls. You can also use it to build a dedicated print server system.
Solid CPU at a very economical price! It's only single core, but it gets the job done when you are trying to consume less watts while mining Bitcoin and Litecoin. Runs very well with included stock heatsink.
EXCELLENT PRODUCT WORKS GREAT! THANK YOU!!!
