I bought this unit for our office. We LOVE it! I
I wanted an instant brew K cup coffee make for our office, and the reviews on this one seemed favorable. I wanted to give it some time before I endorsed it, but we have had it for over 6 months now, and it performs admirably. I use filtered tap water in it, and have never had any trouble with clogging. Was a little worried that first that this was a reconditioned unit, but have no complaints. Great buy.

On my third one!
This is my third Cuisinart SS-700 coffee maker. I love these things and am so sad that they no longer make this version. The new one looks sooooo cheap, I have no interest in that thing! I could no longer find a new one at any of my local stores so I decided to purchase this refurbished one. I also purchased the replacement plan since I've not had the best of luck with this coffeemaker. I follow the instructions to the letter, use only filtered water, clean it regularly, etc. I just think there are weaknesses that are inherent in the product that they were unable to fix and have now eliminated this version from their product line.

Perfect choice!
Bought this to replace a Keurig which quit after two years. This machine is quieter, quicker and more attractive than the keurig. It also seems more sturdy than the keurig which was mostly plastic. My research on it says it will last much longer too. Found my favorite machine!

So much better than the Kurig
Brews faster, better cup of coffee, will allow you to use the larger cups, easy to clean I have had mine for over 2 years now with out any problems so I purchased this one for my son for Christmas he loves the specialty coffees and I know he has the larger cups. So much better than an Kuerig

Good machine
This is an excellent coffee maker. I have owned one for a few years and never had trouble with it. This is my second one and it's for our shop/office. Cleaning is a pain. Have to run vinegar through it to descale and then let vinegar sit in it for 4 hours. Then run water through till it no longer tastes of vinegar. One thing I like is that you don't have to have specific k-cups like the keurigs. Also, no need for distilled water due to the filter that is in the reservoir. Very pleased overall. Recommend this machine.
