I had split the hoop that came with my machine, and my local dealer was way out of line on the replacement price, so I decided to try this hoop, and I am glad I did. It is very well made and fits nicely into my Brother Innovis 2800D. I will be purchasing at least one more and possibly two if my finances will manage it. The only drawback, and that is very minor, is the tightening screw is 'straight" instead of having a 'bend-up' option like my original. It makes it a tad harder for me to tighten it, but again, this is very minor and wouldn't be any problem if I didn't have some arthritis in my hands.
