    SD card appears to be a copy, but seems to work fine at this point

    My guess is that this is a copy since there are no labels on the SD card. That being said, it's hard to say if it is the latest version without doing extensive searches on latest routes and points of interest. So far it looks good, and definitely works (no bugs, etc.) so I have no reason at this point to rate it less than 5 stars. Lincoln wants $150 to send me their copy so at $30 it's a no-brainer. With Garmin giving free updates on their products, it's absurd that Lincoln wants you to pay for their upgrades, especially since Garmin has a much better user interface, and you don't have the stop the car to perform many GPS search functions.

    A9 navigation SD card

    Installed in 2013 Focus with no problems and works great. Delivery was also quick. My only issue is that it was advertised as a "Ford" product but, it didn't have a "Ford" logo on it. We upgraded from an A4 card to this A9. The A4 card did have a "Ford" logo on it......

    Easy to install but very slow loading data

    To use this product, it's a simple remove one SD card and put the A9 SD card in its place. I have an 2013 F-150. When I want to use the Navigation features, however, the data and mapping take a very long time to load. I'm talking about up to 5 minutes. The time varies for some reason and it does eventually complete the data load, but often I'll be driving when it finally is displayed. I'm not sure what's up with this, but the product does work albeit not as fast as the A8 SD card.

    Transparent Upgrade from A6 to A9.

    As instructed, I first updated my SYNC-3 system to the current software version. This takes a little time. but the process is simple. If you can't follow Ford's directions there are instructional videos all over the Internet. Once the process is complete all you do is remove the old SD card from the SD reader and then drop in the new one and you are done. I went from Vn. A6 to A9 and it was totally transparent.

    Easy

    Very easy to install. Upgraded from A5 to A9. Removed old chip and put in the new one. Started the car 2014 Fusion energies SE and checked the system settings on the sync display. It showed the map overlay was installed.

    Great way to get more current road information

    Because there wasn't any instructions included with the SIM card I was sceptic of how easy the installation would be. After replacing the old A6 card the new software didn't operate quite right but after shutting off the engine and restarting it reloaded and all was well.
