Is great ...you need to put in a blue light ...I put it directly to the sun ...you only needed like 60 seconds to direct sun light and works for me ...I use a mirror to direct the light to my mouth ...I hope this helped someone .

The material is veryyyyy cheap I’ve used it at least 10times to get the perfect shape smooth it out etc and it didn’t work u do need a UV light to harden the material.once harden it doesn’t stay. I have Composite bonding teeth already and this is nowhere near a good thing if u want a cheap temporary fix then go for it
