Preliminary, Installed on Win7 (Win10 to be done). Drum/Toner install Easy. Downloaded full software pkg from Brother, Connected to USB, Easy install (Win7), after install detected newer individual versions to install one at a time. WIFI-using WIFI button on scanner didn't work, using the menu button on the scanner and scrolling down to Network Settings then selecting Wizard did. Pretty painless. Scan & prints look great but few done. Older VueScan & PrestoPM with minor tweaks worked fine.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Good piece of equipment that needs much better set up instructions.
Once we got it to interface with our computer everything went fine. A good MFC printer. But getting that to happen was a bearcat. Very poor instructions. Finally went to Brother technical support and the tech was able to show me the exact you tube video to watch and the problem was solved. The printer was shipped with toner and a drum inside the printer. The printer arrives and does not recognize the toner or the drum. Toner was an easy fix. The drum on the other hand took a bit more skill, as the daughter board had come dislodged during transit and wasn't making contact with the sensor spring. I doubt that this could have been avoided.
