first thing is Display...Awesome as with most all Samsung stuff !!...they really have a lock on that, secondly is the trackpad...literally smooth as glass !!..as for the rest, its extremely snappy with plenty of horsepower...especially the i7 models (which Btw still maxes out near 4.5Ghz same as all i7s). Most important note is "the ION SYSTEM RAM IS UPGRADABLE TO TOTAL OF 40GB !!!"...and there IS a second M2 SSD slot !! Access to upgrades is best i have ever seen in ANY laptop, rear cover removes quite easily with only 4 screws under each of 4 feet pads & then pop locks all the way around (requires thin plastic tool to pop the locks) ...and once thats off - ITS ALL LITERALLY RIGHT THERE IN FRONT OF YOU !!!....i cant remember being so completely impressed with any others i've owned...and that included the best money can buy. The good: light and powerful, beautiful screen, top reliable brand.The bad and ugly: poorly designed keyboard by halving the right shift key. My 2017 model has a wonderful ergonomic keyboard, they should have kept it! I hope they fix that in the next model so I can buy it. Not good for a touch typist unless you use an external keyboard.
