Great Phone with simple features
I had a Sonim XP 6 which I Liked but did not need the android features. My XP 6 went through my lawnmower and did not survive. I have had many flip phones but I kept going through one a year. I did some investigating and found the XP 5700. Liked that phone had all features other than android functions and no touch screen options. If you are looking for a rugged basic phone with out all the bells and whistles, this phone is for you. 4G and long battery life. Sonim makes a great phone! Best phone I've ever owned. Doesn't say it runs an embedded android os but it does. Has Pico TTS for map feedback. Tethering works perfect. Can even block calls by setting contact to vm only with no ringtone. The magnetic charge cable is awesome as is the belt holster which can double as desk cradle. Screen is glass so I put some liquid glass (cellhelmet) on it to make it stronger. Dual speakers make for an excellent speakerphone in car.
