If you aren't doing anything involving insane 100MHz carrier frequencies, and you're working with TTL, CMOS, vintage computers, or other small systems, this is the scope for you. Great to start with at this pricepoint, especially if you can't afford to drop hundreds of dollars on a nice Agilent or Tektronik.
Do note that it does not show more than 5V per horizontal division so if you work in high 20V voltages, you might not be able to see the entire waveform at once. This makes it extremely suitable for working with PWM and logic level, but not high-voltage work.
