About this product

Product Information

Keep your wrists feeling great and your fingers typing quickly when you use the Logitech Wireless Desktop MK520 cordless keyboard and mouse combo. The full-size keyboard fits comfortably in your hands, but its incurve design features keys that respond as satisfyingly as the keys of desktop computer keyboards. It is compact enough for users who are used to working with laptops, but it works great with desktop computers like you might want to use for gaming or big office projects. It isn’t only laptops that have keyboards as quiet as mice. The Logitech MK520 keyboard and mouse combo is virtually silent when it comes to typing so you can hear the audio on your computer instead of the sound of your fingers on the keyboard. The keyboard and mouse in this combo are designed with your comfort in mind. The keys are rounded with concave surfaces, and rubber cushioning keeps the mouse feeling smooth. The keys are just sensitive enough that you do not need to type with laser precision to avoid making typos nor do you have to press them with as much force as on an old-fashioned school calculator. If you’re used to typing quickly on keyboards with shallower keys, you can adjust to the comfortable new shape of these easily. The mouse works even on surfaces that are not flat, and a mouse pad is not necessary for this mouse. If you are someone who often deals with uncomfortable keyboards, feel relief when your hands touch the Logitech MK520 and its cushioned mouse. It the keyboard has legs that fold up and you can turn it on its side for storage, so it can even fit on a desk full of computer accessories. Along with its convenience, the Logitech MK520 brings convenience of the highest order, for uninterrupted work or hassle-free gaming. It deals seamlessly with the Logitech K520 unifying 2.4GHz receiver for streamlined wireless communication with your computer’s drivers and software, a connection as seamless as a mobile phone connecting to Bluetooth. You do not need to check if it is working with the 2.4GHz receiver; it always is. The keyboard and mouse combo also features a USB port. The integrated on/off switch helps conserve battery so you do not need to order new batteries frequently. Install software to get the wireless connectivity working. The software is compatible with Microsoft Windows 7 and various other versions of Windows without using much hard drive space. Making this wireless keyboard work with your computer and its accessories, and even setting it up, are easy and straightforward. This combo is comparable to other Logitech wireless keyboards with USB connections and to the m310 mouse, except now you are able to order both accessories together. Wireless keyboards and accessories with these specifications could cost much more, so the Logitech MK520 is a real bargain. As far as wireless keyboards and other accessories that work with Windows systems go, this one is cost effective and user-friendly. Save storage space and save your hands with this comfortable keyboard and mouse combo.

  • Logitech Wirless Combo

Installed on a PVM switch and it works great on both computers. I like Logitech because of the encryption between the receiver and the devices. Mouse and keyboard have on/off switches to save the battery if needed. To get the full use of the combo you should install the setpoint software because there are no lights to tell if numbers lock and caps lock is on or off. The keyboard types rather well and the mouse tracks great.

  • A great value in a portable, wireless (Unifying) full sized keyboard

My wife lost her mouse and receiver from a Logitech MK360 Wireless 2.4 GHz Keyboard and Mouse combo. I replaced the mouse, but wasn't able to pair her old keyboard to either a Unifying or Nano receiver. This K520 keyboard offered here a full sized keyboard similar to the now useless one, with the added option of having Logitech's awesome unifying receivers.

  • Great wireless keyboard/mouse set!

I've used the K520 keyboard & mouse combo ever since they came out. Others I'm sure have their choices they prefer. I was looking for another for another system, Saw this & the value it is at a fair price. Some wireless key boards use up batteries quickly but the AA's in the K520 seem to last about 10 months to a year, & the same for the mouse.

  • Can't go wrong

Had been using a Microsoft wireless mouse and keyboard for years. But sadly the mouse quit working so I started looking for a replacement. Came across this one. Loved the price. And have never had an issue with Logitech products. Glad I bought this. Great price and great product. Couldn't be happier.

  • Does pretty good!

My first wireless keyboard so I don't have anything to compare it to. I've had other wireless mice, this one works the best out of the three. mouse works GREAT! For the most part the keyboard works good, construction seems good. Its nice that its wireless, you can grab it and set it out of the way, or do anything you want with it with no wires to dick with. The one draw back is that it lags, Sometimes you will be typing and nothing is on the monitor. Then poof it appears. I tried it for gaming, Sometimes I would be trying to run, my guy just stands there and was shot or blew up by a grenade or simply run over by my own men's Tank. For me, It doesn't work for gaming.

  • Really, really great

Perfect keyboard for a desk cluttered with other stuff. Keys are very responsive. Compact yet still has numeric keypad. Despite another review, if you have a Unifying mouse and Unifying dongle, you just need one dongle for both. Unifying Logitech stuff has a little orange star-like symbol in the bottom and in the dongle.

  • Excellent Wireless Keyboard/Mouse Combo

Nice keyboard with extra function keys for bringing up the calculator, and media control functions readily. There is also a power button on the keyboard and on the mouse that result in saving battery power when not being used. Setup is also extremely easy.

  • Logitech MK 520 best buy for the money!

The Logitech MK 520 wireless Keyboard & Mouse combo is high quality very good ergonomics and the unifying receiver makes buying a different mouse or keyboard a breeze. I have purchased more than 20 of these keyboards for my customers and friends over the past five years and I have no complaints.

  • Great features, lightweight

Very simple but comfortable keyboard. The mouse is excellent. I had to connect the usb adapter on different ports for it to work but that aside it has worked great.

  • Great keyboard.

My only complaint is the volume control. I'm used to a knob, and this keyboard has separate keys for up and down volume. Once I got used to it, it was fine. But I still prefer a knob for better control. It is a slimmer design than my old Dell keyboard, and I like it. It takes up less space on my desk. I also think it is better quality than my old Dell. I really like the shape of the keys.
