2nd AudioSource AMP 300 Power Amplifier for my system
I currently own other Audio Source power amplifiers for many years. AudioSource produces quality products that provide great performance for relatively low costs, and therefore offer great value. I already had an AudioSource AMP 300 power amplifier that I have been happily using in stereo mode for approximately 12 years for powering a pair of large 18" JBL subwoofers. I had been interested in acquiring a second AMP 300 amplifier for sometime to support the use of the "Bridge" mode capability of the AMP 300 and configure my system with a dedicated AMP 300 for each subwoofer. Unfortunately, AudioSource no longer sells AMP 300 amplifiers. So when I saw the ebay listing of "Clean" used AudioSource AMP 300 for a very reasonable price, I jumped at the opportunity to purchase the unit straight away! And I am very happy that I did. The used AMP 300 posted on ebay arrived promptly and in excellent "like new" condition just as advertised by the seller. And the ability to use two (2) AMP 300 amplifiers in Bridge mode to individually power my two (2) 18" JBL subwoofers has proven to be a very satisfying improvement in the sound quality and control of the subwoofers (as expected). Happy Camper!
Days before Christmas and my annual party, my sound system stopped working. I called a local tech company who charged me mileage and time to trouble shoot the problem. It was my amplifier that was broken which is discontinued. I received an estimate of over $3,000 to fix my problem. Excellent Vintage Power Amp
I bought the AudioSource AMP 300 as an add-on to my HT System in order to put a stronger amp to my main front speakers (JBL HP 520). The speakers are 4 ohms so the power is pushing 235 wrms /c which really make them sound better. My receiver is a Yamaha RX-V2500 7.1 (130wrms x 7 into 8 ohms) so the front channel watts are going to be moving 2 main back speakers. Now the system feels very powerful and the overall performance is awesome with the addition of the AMP 300.....Definitively is an Excellent Vintage Power Amp.......!Verified purchase: YesCondition: Pre-owned

Needed Repair - Good News that the Amplifier was never opened and messed up by anyone.
