This GPS is a life-saver on the road! It helps to eliminate dangers due to studying why the direction you are going doesn't seem right! It saves time by keeping you on the right track, correcting wrong turns, or redirecting you through heavy traffic. I haven't tried updating the maps and fear it! I've ruined a couple Magellans that way and the last technician told me to call tech support before I try it. My computer connections are slow and this may be part of the problem.
