This game is ok. But once you become a Pro there is no controll when putting. No matter how lightly you hit the ball,it is as if you hit it with full power. And the game has no pactice mode, which is not cool. Graghics are excellent. Everything else is excellent about the game. Justed no way of bettering yourself before competing. I liked tiger woods '07. It was the last tiger woods game I owned before this one. It allowed you to pactice your driving skills, and your putting skills, before starting your career. I thought this pga tour 12 would be the same, just with better graghics. Boy was I wrong!!!! My advice to anyone planning on purchasing this game is to try it first.
The three click control is almost useless. Game goes through too much prelim video no one cares about, especially every single time you start the game. Not enough control options for customizing...like slowing down the outrageous 3 click swing control. And get the caddy out of my face. I just wish there was a decent golf game for XBox360 like the old super Nintendo cartridges. Less flashy content and more detail on the golf part if the game. I have played real golf and older golf games on consoles...and I dont like this game at all. The controls are too stupid and there is too much time/data spent on unnecessary fluff like spectators getting hit.

Excellent condition; no problems. Tiger Woods PGA tour 12 is a top product for golf simulation. You no longer have access to EA servers, but game play & character creation are unrivaled. Career activity for your character is progressive and consistently fun. Golf Club for XBox one finally has PGA license and I understand better character creation. I still wish Tiger Woods would allow internet play with friends. You can still play up to four people at the one location.

It's good, not great. The caddy sucks in the beginning and reading putts doesn't seem to be as easy to me as before. Although, I haven't played TW in a long while. I liked that when playing in the Master's it removes the ability to boost your shots, but I think you should still be able to spin the ball with minimal effect. I just started a President's Cup match and it seems to easy, so I might have to make the AI more difficult. I would've also liked to see a better variety of courses and they tease you with all the extra courses that actually are available, but you have to buy them.
This game is great. I was a little leary buying a used game on line but the game works perfectly. And it got here fast.

I honestly thought the Wii version of the last release, Tiger Woods PGA Tour 2009 had better graphics, customization options and networking as far as the weather patterns at the actual courses and what not. It's just... lackluster. The graphics aren't as realistic as I'd like, too much simulation, not as realistic as I'd hoped. Characters are stiff, landscape appears like it was generated in 2006. It is fun, the mathematics and play is good, it is fun and addicting, but just not what I had hoped for.
The gameplay is great! Very realistic especially when playing on Tour Pro or Master. Graphics are definitely excellent, every detail is accounted for, even height of the bunker lips. Probably the only two negatives I can think of are that you can't customize your golfer's swing and that many of the courses are DLC that you have to buy instead of just coming with the game. Besides that though, the game is amazing, I highly recommend it. As a piece of last advice, use your own common sense on the short putts instead of listening to your caddy, sometimes he can be an idiot.
Pros: The amount of club choice is excellent and the improvements in your game are very noticeable. Character development is challenging yet rewarding and the sponsor challenges add another level of rewards and challenge. Cons: Wish there were more courses initially and not for purchase. The clothing bonuses are frustrating because you end up all wearing the same stuff. The surroundings are beautiful yet still at some times seem so incredibly plain and simple.
Tiger Woods PGA Tour 12: The Masters is truly a great game. They offer a wide array of courses and just having Augusta National as one of those courses make it incredible. However, the putting can be very difficult at times, as the left thumbstick is extremely sensitive, but as your golfer gets better, it becomes a little bit easier. There are additional courses you can purchase, but I'd recommend skipping those events because it's way too expensive. All in all, this is a great game.
Really good gameplay, too bad you have to purchase most of the courses. I am really not happy about the direction EA sports is going with most of its games. All of this DLC that you have to buy now just to play the game. I made my golfer get up to the PGA and all of the sudden I only have a few events to play in unless I purchase extra courses. The tease you with a really great experience as you rise to the PGA and all of the sudden once you get there you end up having to skip most of the season. The extra courses are bundled in several different packages that can be as expensive as $32.00 extra. I didn't sign up to buy the game twice. I just wanted a realistic golfing experience.
