Supplier maintains professional standards in delivery
The supplier did an excellent job in packaging and keeping me informed on the status of delivery (i.e. maintained professional standards throughout). For the most part, the unit worked initially well, but after less than one week of usage, I'm experiencing ongoing issues with it dropping out on satellite reception and its inability to download program channelling (citing outdated software issues). I've bought a few of these from different vendors. This refurbished unit works great. Nice and quiet and ready for immediate activation. Easy to use and set up. Has a great picture and compatible with a lot of over the counter external hard drives.
