The product did not meet my expectations. First, the exhaust fan noise is not much quieter than the one I replaced. I figured that the original was probably a commercial contractor "special" and that a rating of 2.0 sones should be quieter. I have another bathroom that still has the "special" fan and I don't notice much difference. The heater stopped working within a month. It heated a small 7'x'6' shower area and that's about it. The directional heat can be directed every angle in a circle (360 degrees) except straight down. Directing the heat flow towards my towel made mine "roasty-toasty" but not my wife's. Oh well, her loss . I received a replacement fan and will install the heater assembly. Hopefully, this heater will last.
DVR is brand new and worked great right out of the box. The only comment is that the fan is noisy which apparently is common with this model of DVR.
