I had used Gevalia coffee makers for the last 20 years. I had to replace it only once. But I wanted a better tasting coffee at home. Actually, I wanted to taste of coffee the way it comes from a restaurant or a coffee shop. when I was young, my Father owned a couple of doughnut shops. I started sneaking coffee at a very early age and have loved it ever since. Well my Dad had Bunn coffee machines in each of his locations. I look into getting one after our Gevalia coffee brewer finally died after a decade of use. I found Bunn machines on ebay. Now, these machines are pretty pricey. But I found one priced pretty close the used ones. So I went ahead and purchased the Bunn VPS pour over coffee machine with the three burners. I then bought a small shelving unit to place it on due to its size (it will not fit on the counter under the cabinets). It took about an hour to set up. But once I brewed my first pot, I fell in love with it. The coffee is absolutely perfect! Tastes just like the coffee shop. I used New England Coffee but most coffee will be great tasting. I believe that the machine has as much to do with the flavor as the coffee you use. This machine will be part of our family for many years to come, if not decades. There are still machines of this type from the 70's selling on ebay for good money so I know they last. I also know that from experience from my childhood with them as well. We have the room to set this unit up. It does take a lot of room as it is large and geared for a restaurant type setting. I have it set up in my kitchen for personal family use and love it very much. After buying coffee makers every month because of our water I got this one, since it stays hot all the time the build it is not there- making it last longer, also I love how fast it brews and 3 pots of coffee first thing in the morning is what we needed..Im saving so much money now that I have this! Its very HOT coffee also, and the pots are not breakable which is a big help..

Bigger than expected but very nice however IT HAS NO COFFEE POTS, it does have the filter basket and the water pitcher, but I can not use it. It did arrive 7 days early. If I could use it now it be good

My husband and I purchased this coffee maker for our church. We had two small coffee makers which was not sufficient for the amount of people who likes coffee. We can now have 3 pots of coffee made on the same system. It is fast and we now have enough coffee for everyone. There is nothing we dislike about this coffee maker. We were able to get it at a great rate because we had checked out new coffee makers like this and they were really expensive. I am thankful to the seller for allowing us to purchase this.
