I use this product to grind seeds into butter and to puree vegetables when making large quantities of salsa or other food items. I like the small mixing bowl in the top part that is removable but I dislike the fact that the blades do not go all the way to the bottom when the mixing bowl is removed. I haven't used this thing to the full capacity yet but due to the fact that the blade does not sit on the bottom with the bowl removed, I thought the cuisinart pulse 9 was a little better for what I had in mind but I guess Ill have to wait till I use the whole thing to make that decision final.
Just exactly what we need .

It has not proven to be durable. The plastic parts developed chips shortly the purchase of it. Not what I expected from Cuisinart.

It has a lot of attachments but I like it. It is heavy though. It slices nice thin slices. I bought it to help with veggie preperation for canning this summer.
