Has about the same CFM capacity as the original fan and was a perfect fit. Noise level is just slightly higher but barely noticeable. Used two of these fans in a Netgear switch that runs 24/7 without any issues so far. Would definitely recommend! Oh, and the fan looks exactly like the posted picture.

Fan comes with about a foot of wire sticking out not terminated like the photo. Had to manually solder the old connection to the new fan. It work but misleading with the photo.

Using this for my rc way cheaper than buying the ones with the actual jst connector installed on them. I am using this on 6v and it does the job nicely and can handle the extra voltage just fine. Using it on 6v has improved the rpm and really makes a powerful blow for this fans size. It handles the elements quite nice it has been exposed to water, dirt, dust, rocks, and crashes that directly hit the fan and it has held up to all of that. Great buy definitely better than the 12v fans which do not put even close to as much air out.
