Ordered this one to match my other one, since I use a dual monitor setup. Always had good luck with Dell monitors. It showed up well packaged, with no scratches or any marks on it. It only came with an HDMI and power cable, but that is how I planned to connect it, anyhow. Having two screens this size works great for photo editing. Great color, with minimum color balancing needed, and good contrast. Can't comment on how well it works for games, but I would imagine it would work on most games that weren't too intense. All in all a great price, for a great monitor, for my needs.

Monitor is decent for the price. It only has a VGA and HDMI port. I wish I had checked before buying the Optiplex 9020 which only comes with VGA and DP ports. The work around for this is either using VGA or buying a Display port to HDMI adapter and make sure it is the ACTIVE one instead of passive.

The image on this monitor is great, the flexibility to customize is a plus too. Is great for gaming and general use. Although, there are things to consider. Such as; not mountable, no adjustable height, no speakers( not that you’ll need them),and only has one hdmi and vga. Overall would recommend to someone in need of a big screen. as well as, being perfect size on a medium sized desk.

Bought two Dell 27" refurbished monitors. Both turn on and do display, but I have noticed some issues. With a black background I can see there are some pixels that are not working. Also I have resent the monitor setting to defaults and I can see a difference in image color and hue between the two monitors. I switch the ports on my computer to make sure that was not the issue, but the problem follow the monitors. I only need it for documents so not a big deal for me but might be for someone else.

This monitor is great for gaming. A 27" monitor is probably the largest you want to go if sticking with 1080p. I'm a vertical-sync whore so I've always wanted to try a Free-sync monitor, but was slightly disappointed with the performance (slight tearing still visible). No biggie, just back to turning on vertical sync in the Radeon software. The colors are vibrant and rich. Contrast is spot on. It's a night and day difference between this and my old monitor. Settings are on the bottom right side and very intuitive. Highly recommended. Can't beat the price. I may even buy another for a dual monitor setup.
