This CD offers an excellent look at the spirit and talent of Sinatra combined with and contrasted with some surprising talent. You'll enjoy the pairings, with Willie Nelson ("A Foggy Day"), Lena Horne ("Embraceable You"), Chrissie Hynde ("Luck Be a Lady") and Antonio Carlos Jobim ("Fly Me to the Moon"). There's also cuts that, while not as inspiring, still provide interesting contrasts in style between Sinatra and later artests (Luis Miguel, Jimmy Buffett, Jon Secada, and Lorrie Morgan. For someone of my generation (baby boomer raised on Beatles and Stones), Sinatra always represented "old people's music." Now that I've opened my eyes and ears to classics from the past, I find this CD to be a great chance to hear the standards performed by the master of energy, soulfull vocals and a sense of innocence that, in retrospect, really recognized life for what it was and chose the sunny side of the street.Read full review
It's a wonderful collection of material ~ easy listening & very enjoyable. This picks up where Duets #1 left off ~ also a terrific collection of songs. Women dig it when I play it ~ very romantic for any time !!!
The CD bring me back, very good memories from Sinatra. The recording quality was not the best, but was good enough.

My husband and I spend our winters in the southwest. The drive is over 2000 miles and we take 3+ days (depending on stops we make and the sights we decide to take in as we travel. We love to play good music as we are nearing our stop for the day. It helps us unwind. This tape and Duets I were perfect for us.
Frank Sinatra left a great legacy in recordings and film. This album has some low spots, but not from Frank. High point is Where or When with Steve and Eydie. Also the duet with Frank Jr. Is wonderful. Sinatra lovers must have this CD!
