Itβs not an orange mako 15, but itβs still a mako. They have pop and my son likes it, but I think his XL3 has more pop. Just my opinion with seeing this bat in limited use. I'm now a believer in the TORQ concept. This was a step up for my son in both size and weight, and he's hitting the ball better than ever. He went from a drop 13 to a drop 10, and an inch longer, and is still getting around quicker and hitting the ball with more power. Line drives are now hit with more power and distance, fly balls are traveling a lot farther, and ground balls are hit much harder, and finding their way through the infield. The bat comes at a cost, but having seen the results, I still recommend it for someone that plays a lot of baseball.

This is a great bat, but bought it for my son who is 9 years old, 4' 10" and 90 pounds. Maybe in a year or two...
